InterCIDEC is back! For yet another year, Beltá Frajumar presents its Contract Environments Design Awards, now in its 6th edition, as the 2021 InterCIDEC Awards.
These awards are part of an international competition in which we bring together great architects and interior designers every year, and with which we aim to connect interior design professionals from all over the world, helping them to achieve their professional goals.

The situation caused by COVID-19 has affected us all in one way or another. In our sector, this translates, among other things, into the need for a rapid transformation of the common areas of hotel spaces.
This undoubtedly puts a new challenge on the table for all of us: to convert these spaces into multi-purpose environments that can be used for multiple purposes, including those for which they were not originally conceived.
And we want to count on you, we want to find solutions that help us adapt to these paradigm shifts. Therefore, in this 6th edition of InterCIDEC, we propose the interior design of a multifunctional space for a hotel.
Which space? It’s up to you!
The aim of this competition? As always, to connect interior design professionals from all over the world and help them achieve their career goals.
And, this year more than ever, we want to contribute to the sector by doing our part, especially with the aim of boosting the hotel sector in a situation that is harming it so much.
The key to this is in our commitment to transparency with the professionals we trust, how we collaborate on their projects and with whom we share it.
And this year we want to share it with you. Our passion for design and innovation, our commitment to social responsibility and sustainability, our contribution to the sector, InterCIDEC 2021
And we will not only share it with you. We have a prestigious jury made up of leading professionals from the hotel sector, architects and interior designers who will evaluate each project in terms of conceptual proposal, innovation, environmental value and accessibility.

Present us your idea!
Display it on an A-2 panel, accompany it with a descriptive report with plans, renderings and images, and don’t forget that the project, the panel and the descriptive report must be anonymous.
If you are an architect or interior designer, take part! Whether alone or in a team, you can win the €3,000 prize we have waiting for you. If you are the winner, you will also be able to meet the members of the jury at the awards gala in October.
