Ilmiodesign and Beltá Frajumar present the new furniture collection "CAGE".

CAGE is a collection of sofa and armchair designed especially for the contract channel offering different finishes and formats.

Refined and with an oriental overtones, this is CAGE, the new furniture collection developed by the Ilmiodesign studio and produced by the Beltá Frajumar furniture company.

Cage offers two varieties of seating (armchair and sofa) with different options of finishes and formats – aimed especially at the contract universe – that provide safety and intimacy in public spaces, generating a feeling of comfort and protection, but at the same time offering freedom of movement.

Ilmiodesign has been inspired by nature to design the creative universe of the collection, which aims to evoke forests of tall trees, branches and even the small fibers of which a nest is composed. CAGE aims to be the nest in which the user delights in the course of free time and at the same time feels protected and tucked in.

For its part, Beltá Frajumar has been in charge of the entire production and manufacturing process with materials of the highest quality and resistance. Thus, the structure of the pieces is made of ash wood for its excellent qualities of durability and aesthetics, with the possibility of finishes, also in oak and walnut. The pillows are made of polyurethane foam, anti-mite and anti-bacterial, and the backrests can also be equipped with cushions to emphasize the feeling of comfort, offering different combinations depending on the needs of the room and the space.

CAGE was presented exclusively as one of the novelties of Hospitality 2022 furniture in the last edition of Interihotel BCN21, held in late November and is already postulated as one of the pieces of furniture of greatest interest for this new year in the interior design of contract projects such as furnishing lobbies and common spaces of hotels, restaurants, waiting rooms, etc..
