Shipping and Returns

Shipping

The shipment will be made within the entire national territory of Spain and also Portugal. The shipment will be made within the period indicated for each product and will be delivered to the address indicated by the User.

Free shipping for the entire peninsula. Shipment to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and Portugal will have an additional cost depending on the carrier.

Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday. The user may specify any details regarding the shipment, as well as the delivery method according to the options provided by BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR at any time.

Those shipments made outside the territory of the Iberian Peninsula may incur additional charges for the transport and delivery of the products which, in any case, shall be informed to the user during the purchase process.

The user will acquire ownership of the products concerned once the agreed price has been paid in full.

In the event that delivery is not possible, BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR is entitled to cancel the contract due to impossibility of compliance and without prejudice to any claims that may be made by BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR in the event of fraud or negligence on the part of the user.

BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR shall not be responsible for the state in which the products are delivered to the user in the event that it is impossible to deliver the order within the agreed period for reasons attributable to the user.

The assumption of risk by the user with respect to the products shall take place at the time of delivery of the products and this shall be independent of the time at which the user acquires ownership of the products. Therefore, BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR shall not be liable for any theft, robbery, deterioration, damage or loss of the products that occurs after the delivery of possession of the products to the user.

Responsibility for delivery

BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR does not guarantee the permanent availability of the products, being exonerated from any liability

provided that it is not caused by a fraudulent failure on the part of BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR, or arising from errors in the unavailability of the service of the telematic networks for the transfer of data beyond its control.

Likewise, BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR will be released from its delivery obligations and declines all responsibility in this regard, in the following cases:

Total or partial non-payment by the user.

Omission or inaccuracy of the information to be provided by the user in the purchase order at the time the order is placed.

Terms of delivery

The customer is obliged to indicate any important details for the delivery. Any additional costs due to difficulties in accessing the delivery address will be borne by the customer. Customers who reside or whose purchases are to be delivered in “Residential Priority Areas” (restricted circulation areas for residents) must inform us of this fact and will be responsible for obtaining the corresponding permits to allow us access. In order to avoid fines for entering restricted areas, the order will not be delivered until you have this permission through our email contacto@beltafrajumar.com.

The customer is responsible for verifying that the measurements of the products ordered are in accordance with the access to his home or delivery address. All the measures of the boxes of the products of beltafrajumar.com are orientative measures that can vary in some centimeters.

Any additional costs arising from the rental of lifts, storage or return of goods shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

Returns

The returns will be sent to the central factory in Yecla (Murcia).The product for return must be correctly stored and sealed in its original packaging and/or box or, failing that, in another in good condition. The product must also be accompanied by the label that we will have sent you by email, attached to the outside of the packaging.

1. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Spanish legislation, the user has the right of withdrawal, by virtue of which he or she may return the product received if he or she finds that it does not meet his or her expectations.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal is reserved to those users who act as consumers and/or users, in accordance with the definition given to them by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and may be exercised within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods and in accordance with the official calendar of the place where the goods have been delivered. In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain the original packaging.

The refund of the purchase amount shall be made using the same method of payment as that used to pay for the order and, in any case, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the request for withdrawal, provided that BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR manages the collection of the product. In the event that the user returns the product through a transport company of his or her choice, as soon as BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR has actual knowledge of the shipment of the product or, failing that, as soon as it is received.

The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR only when they correspond to shipments originally intended for the territories of Spain, France and Italy; however, the initial shipping costs shall not be refunded at any time. The customer must return the products or deliver the goods to the address specified by BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR at all times or, failing that, to the following address: Poeta Fco. Antonio Jiménez nº33 – Pol. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition, BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order, and may take over any amounts payable by the user for failure to comply with the obligations established herein.


To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR, Poeta Fco. Antonio Jiménez nº33 – Pol. Urbayecla II” Apdo. 95, Yecla, Spain, with telephone +34 968 719 111 and mail contacto@beltafrajumar.com , their decision to withdraw from the purchase made, by means of an unequivocal statement, by post, fax or e-mail.

2.- DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING TRANSPORT.

When the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that the user informs the company by email or telephone on the day of receipt of the products and notes this on the delivery note of the carrier.

BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR shall pay the shipping costs for the delivery and return of the product.

If the user wishes to return the goods with a transport company other than the one proposed by BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR, the user shall assume the full cost of transport.

Before opening any product, the user must check that the packaging matches the one requested (model, colour, size, finish, etc.), making an immediate claim in case of any anomaly. If the user detects any anomaly before opening the product, BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR requests that the seal and packaging not be opened.

If the user is not satisfied with the condition of the products delivered, he or she should contact BELTÁ&FRAJUMAR immediately, preferably by e-mail to contacto@beltafrajumar.com or by telephone: +34 968 719 111 and always within 24 hours of receiving the order.
